Deze privacyverklaring is van toepassing op de persoonsgegevens die worden verwerkt via de website en in het kader van de hoofdactiviteiten van de Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke doet het mogelijke om uw privacyrechten zo goed mogelijk te respecteren. Om haar diensten te kunnen aanbieden laat de Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke zich mogelijks bijstaan door een selectief aantal verwerkers. Indien zij toegang hebben tot uw persoonsgegevens wordt met hen de nodige garanties bekomen overeenkomstig de GDPR. De gegevens worden steeds binnen de EU bewaard.
6. Rechten
6.1 Recht van inzage
U hebt het recht om op elk moment kosteloos kennis te nemen van de persoonsgegevens die Voka - Kamer van Koophandel West-Vlaanderen verwerkt van u.
6.2 Recht van verbetering, verwijdering en beperking
U bent vrij om uw persoonsgegevens al dan niet mee te delen aan Voka - Kamer van Koophandel West-Vlaanderen. Daarnaast heeft u steeds het recht om Voka - Kamer van Koophandel West-Vlaanderen te verzoeken uw persoonsgegevens te verbeteren, aan te vullen of te verwijderen. U mag eveneens vragen om de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens te beperken.

U kan uw rechten uitoefenen door Voka - Kamer van Koophandel West-Vlaanderen daartoe te contacteren, hetzij per e-mail naar tracy.cheng@ihwf.be of per post, door middel van een brief te versturen naar de zetel van Voka - Kamer van Koophandel West-Vlaanderen, mits bijvoeging van een kopie van de voorzijde van uw identiteitskaart of een ander document waarmee u geïdentificeerd kan worden. Deze identificatiegegevens zullen enkel gebruikt worden om u te identificeren overeenkomstig de GDPR, daarna gewist en voor geen andere doeleinden gebruikt worden.
6.7 Recht om klacht in te dienen
