How Does Speed Friending Work?
Want to make new friends in a fun and relaxed way? Speed Friending is the perfect way to do just that! Here's how it works:
1. Sign Up for the Event: On our website you can sign up for an event near you → right here
2. Bring Your Good Vibes: Show up on time and bring your best mood. The more fun you have, the more you’ll connect with others!
3. Say Hi to the Organizers: When you arrive, let us know what name you'd like to be called. Simple!
4. Optional: Mingle a Bit: If you feel like it, chat with some folks who are already there. It's a great way to start the vibe!
5. Speed Friending Time! Now the fun begins! You'll sit at a table with a random person (or maybe someone you’ve already chatted with) for 3 minutes. You can talk about anything you want! Dont know where to start? We’ve got you covered ! Just draw a card with random question (no basic “what’s your favorite color” questions here! promise).
6. Switch & Repeat: When the timer goes off, get up and move to the next person. Keep chatting and meeting new people until you’ve met everyone!
7. Stay in Touch: At the end, you can swap social media info with the people you clicked with. You might even want to create a group, join the IHWF chat, and make plans to hang out again!
